১. সম্পূর্ণ কোর্স ফি পেমেন্ট শুরুর পূর্বেই শেষ করতে হবে। কোর্স ফি প্রদান ছাড়া ২টি ক্লাসের বেশি গ্রহন করার সুযোগ নেই।
(Full course fee payment must be done before starting classes. No more than 2 classes can be taken without full payment.)

২. কোর্স ফি নন-রিফান্ডেবল। এনরোলমেন্ট এবং ক্লাস শুরুর পর কোনভাবেই সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক কোর্স ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
(The course fee is non-refundable. After enrollment and starting classes, the course fee cannot be fully or partially refunded.)

৩. কোর্স এবং মক টেস্ট সার্ভিস পাওয়ার জন্য অবশ্যই মানি রিসিপ্ট সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে।
(The money receipt must be kept secure to take certain services, which are IELTS mock test and English Language courses.)

৪. মানি রিসিপ্ট ছাড়া কোর্স রিপিটেশন বা মক টেস্ট সার্ভিস নেয়া যাবে না।
(Course repetition or mock test services cannot be taken without checking the money receipt.)

৫. ক্লাস চলাকালীন সময়ে (শিক্ষার্থী এবং শিক্ষকের জন্য উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই) মোবাইল ফোন ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ।
(During an ongoing class, neither students nor teachers must use mobile phones.)

৬. মক টেস্টের আগে অবশ্যই ৪৮ ঘন্টা পূর্বে অফিসে এসে সিডিউল নির্ধারণ করতে হবে এবং মানি রিসিপ্ট অথেনটিকেট করতে হবে।
(To sit for a mock test, it is mandatory for the student to come to our office to select and finalize the date and authorize the money receipt.)

৭. কোর্স বা মক টেস্ট সার্ভিস শুধুমাত্র যিনি এনরোল করেছেন তিনিই করতে পারবেন। অন্য কেউ এসব সেবা নিতে পারবে না।
(The individual who is taking course(s) and/or mock test(s) must do the class or sit for the mock test by themselves. No one else can do it instead.)

৮. ক্লাসে যথাসময়ে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে। কেউ দেরি করে ক্লাসে আসলে, Luminedge সম্পূর্ণরূপে তাকে ক্লাসে প্রবেশ নিষেধ করতে পারে।
(All students must come to attend the class on time. Otherwise, Luminedge has complete authority to not allow the student in the class.)

৯. অফিস সংক্রান্ত ব্যবহারে সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করতে হবে।
(Must be very cautious while using office property.)

১০. সার্ভিস নেওয়ার সময় Luminedge স্টাফ, সহপাঠী এবং ভিজিটরদের প্রতি সম্মান প্রদর্শন করতে হবে। অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ কোন আচরণ হলে Luminedge কর্তৃপক্ষ ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারে।
(While a client is taking any kind of service, all Luminedge staff must show and speak with respect to the students or visitors. For any kind of unusual situations or complaints, necessary measures will be taken by the Luminedge authority.)

১১. ক্লাস বা সার্ভিস সংক্রান্ত অথবা শিক্ষকের অপেশাদার আচরণ সংক্রান্ত কোন অভিযোগ থাকলে সরাসরি অফিসে এসে রিপোর্ট করা যাবে। এছাড়াও, আপনার মূল্যবান মতামত জানাতে নিচের ইমেইলে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন: arifur.rahman@luminedge.com.au
