Customers may request a refund by contacting our support team with the payment details and reason for the request.

If a refund request is approved by Luminedge Bangladesh, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date the claim is approved. The refund will be made through the original payment method whenever possible.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.

• Payment was successful, but the requested service could not be provided by Luminedge Bangladesh.

• Any other refund request approved by the management after review.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

• The customer changes their mind after payment.

• The customer fails to attend classes, sessions, or appointments.

• The customer provides incorrect information during registration.

• Services have already been delivered or have already commenced.

• Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.

Course Cancellation

Luminedge Bangladesh reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course, consultation, or service due to unforeseen circumstances. If a service is cancelled by Luminedge Bangladesh and no suitable alternative is available, eligible customers will receive a full refund.
